President and CEO David Radcliffe is currently in his final year at Indiana Wesleyan University. At the conclusion of the 2009 school year, Radcliffe will hold a degree in Computer Internet Development with more than enough to show for it. Since 2006, Radcliffe has worked night and day to build Start to Finish Production into what it is today. Since the beginning, Radcliffe has been a leader in his field; providing fresh new concepts to old traditional ideas. Before his business took off, Radcliffe worked as the Technical Director at Appleton Alliance Church, commanding a team of several individuals. His responsibilities stretched from creating media to producing live events, he maintained the church's network and kept the technology up to date and operating at full capacity. From his days as Director at the church, David has learned the skills he has needed in building and maintaining the steadfast company that Start to Finish is today. This web prodigy has built his company on the distinct values of professionalism, honesty, efficiency, and hard work.

Katie Stipe

Copy Editor and Design Consultant, Katie Stipe, is a recent addition to the Start to Finish team. Currently residing in Avon, Indiana, Katie is a full-time student at IUPUI in downtown Indianapolis. Her work in content writing for the Start to Finish team has changed the company's image and aided the transition from a small town business into a big city contender. Brought in to write and design, Katie brings an eclectic, and not to mention feminine, touch where necessary. My story is simple. I'm Dave Jackson, and I'm a photographer from Appleton, WI. Never-mind the typical over-done photographer biographies that tell the same old story over and over again... My work is concentrated around a unique documentary approach to wedding photography, a surreal style of portraiture and the silent remains of abandoned structures. Most of my work is shot on location, around our towns, out on the streets, and in the comfortable and familiar places we call home. I feel that the images I create need to have a relationship, by bringing together the unspoken story of my subjects and the simple world that surrounds all of us every day.
I've been making images for the past five years and have yet to receive any formal photography instruction, high-end degrees or drawn-out theory based art studies. Simply put, a creative talent can't be taught. It is a gift that can only be found in the heart and brought to the surface by following the drive that fuels it's passions. It's those passions that I insist on seeking, day after day. I shoot what I see, capturing this life of ours at face value and amongst the simplest of tales that we all have to offer.
My photographic philosophy is simple and derives from the most basic of fundamentals. I believe in the pursuit of spontaneous and unscripted moments. Natural light and the creative adaption of artificial light is essential. Work with what you have and make more from less. It's very simple. Understand that I don't claim to be an expert in my craft, nor do I carry with me any kind of inflated ego. I don't have time for that. For me, it's a constant learning process and a passion that I can't control.
